Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time
All products sold through our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Once an order is placed:

Production (fulfillment) typically takes 2–5 business days before the item is shipped. This is Printful’s average production time and may vary depending on demand and product type. Printful Help Center

After fulfillment, the shipping time depends on the shipping method and destination:

Domestic (within the U.S.): Usually 1–8 business days.

Together, the total delivery time is the “fulfillment time + shipping time.” Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, and peak seasons. Printful Help Center
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Shipping Methods & Options
Printful offers multiple shipping methods based on destination and product:

Standard Shipping: Most economical option with delivery estimates listed at checkout.

Express / Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery where available (additional cost).

How Shipping Costs Are Determined
Shipping charges are separate from product costs and depend on:

Mixed Carts (Printful + Other Items)
If your order contains both Printful-fulfilled products and items fulfilled by another provider, shipping costs may be combined in checkout based on each item’s profile. Printful Help Center
Taxes & Fees
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on applicable laws and your shipping address. Customs duties and import fees may apply for international orders — these are the responsibility of the recipient unless “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” is selected at checkout. Printful Help Center
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by Printful, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please:

Please allow a reasonable buffer period beyond the delivery estimate, as carriers occasionally experience delays.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:

We may issue a refund minus original shipping costs
