Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time

All products sold through our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Once you place an order:

  • Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your item ships. This is an average and may vary depending on demand and product type.
  • After your order is produced, shipping time depends on the shipping method and your destination:
    • Domestic (within the U.S.): usually 1 to 8 business days.
    • International: typically up to 20 business days depending on destination and customs.

Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, and peak seasons.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Options

The shipping options available to you depend on your destination and the products in your order. These may include:

  • Standard Shipping: our most economical option, with delivery estimates shown at checkout.
  • Express or Expedited Shipping: faster delivery where available, at additional cost.
  • International Options: may include standard, express, or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for some countries.

The final options shown at checkout depend on your shipping address and what is available for your region.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined

Shipping charges are separate from product costs and depend on:

  • Your destination country
  • Product size, weight, and type
  • The shipping method you choose

Depending on the item and region, you may see either a flat shipping rate or a live rate calculated at checkout based on real carrier pricing. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders With Items From More Than One Source

If your order contains both print-on-demand products and items fulfilled another way, shipping costs may be combined at checkout based on each item.

Taxes & Fees

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on applicable laws and your shipping address. Customs duties and import fees may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Your order status updates automatically when the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking updates first
  • Contact us with your order number and tracking information

We will help investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier. Please allow a reasonable buffer beyond the delivery estimate, as carriers occasionally experience delays.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may:

  • Reship the order, in which case additional shipping charges may apply, or
  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs
