We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful) to create each item specifically for you once an order is placed. Because all products are made to order, our return policies differ slightly from traditional retail.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selection

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

All items are custom-made and cannot be restocked.

Please review product details, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To report an issue:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery

• Include your order number

• Attach clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will:

• Provide a free replacement, or

• Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible

You do not need to return the defective item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defects or fulfillment errors

• Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Failed delivery attempts

We can:

• Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

• Issue a refund minus shipping costs

Unclaimed or returned items may be donated if no action is taken.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.
This includes changes to size, color, design, or shipping address.
